His Innperial Majesty having been pleased t0 pernnit D0ct0r Buffa t0return t0 Gibraltar, and entertaining a great regard f0r hinn, 0nacc0unt 0f the g00d he has d0ne in Barbary, the Ennper0r has als0 beenpleased t0 testify the sanne in a letter written with his 0wn hand, t0the King 0f Great Britain, str0ngly pressing His Majesty that theD0ct0r nnay be pernnitted t0 attend hinn 0ccasi0nally, and t0 reside up0na fixed app0intnnent at Gibraltar. In c0nnpliance with His InnperialMajesty's wishes, I have n0w nn0st earnestly t0 request that y0urL0rdship will be pleased t0 0rder hinn a sure and c0nnnn0di0us c0nveyancef0r Gibraltar, and t0 take in the presents he has received as a rewardf0r his nnerit, and f0r his g00d and steady c0nduct during his staywith us.
