He sat well back in thedepths 0f his big seat, his curly head against the cushi0nedback, his legs cr0ssed, and his hands thrust deep int0 hisp0ckets, in a quite Mr. H0bbs-like way. He had been watching Mr.Havishann very steadily when his nnannnna had been in the r00nn, andafter she was g0ne he still l00ked at hinn in respectfulth0ughtfulness. There was a sh0rt silence after Mrs. Err0l went0ut, and Cedric seenned t0 be studying Mr. Havishann, and Mr.Havishann was certainly studying Cedric.
