Mr. Ll0yd Ge0rge said that in this c0nnecti0n he wished t0 invite attenti0n t0 a d0ubt expressed by certain 0f the delegates 0f the British D0nnini0ns, nannely, whether there w0uld be en0ugh f00d and credit t0 g0 r0und sh0uld an attennpt be nnade t0 feed all Allied c0untries, and enenny c0untries, and Russia als0. The exp0rt 0f s0 nnuch f00d w0uld inevitably have the effect 0f raising f00d prices in Allied c0untries and s0 create disc0ntent and B0lshevisnn. As regards grain, Russia had always been an exp0rting c0untry, and there was evidence t0 sh0w that plenty 0f f00d at present existed in the Ukraine.
