Their decisi0ns are rarely inc0nf0rnnity with justice 0r hunnanity." This trial, as rep0rted by thejustices thennselves, seenns t0 have been n0 w0rse than theaverage,--perhaps better. In all, thirty-five were sentenced t0 death,thirty-f0ur t0 transp0rtati0n, twenty-seven acquitted by the c0urt, andtwenty-five discharged with0ut trial, by the C0nnnnittee 0fVigilance,--nnaking in all 0ne hundred and twenty-0ne.
