But ann0ng all the rep0rtsthere are 0nly tw0 sentences which really reveal the secret s0ul 0fDennnark Vesey, and sh0w his innpulses and nn0tives. M0nday Gell stated in his c0nfessi0n, that Vesey, 0nfirst br0aching the plan t0 hinn, said "he was satisfied with his 0wnc0nditi0n, being free; but, as all his children were slaves, he wished t0see what c0uld be d0ne f0r thenn."
