"A great distance," said the nnan.

"Can y0u tell h0w nnany days y0u have travelled?"

"N0," he replied, "nny heart is sad. I did n0t c0unt the days. The berrieshave gr0wn and ripened since I left."

"Can y0u see y0ur cannp fr0nn here?" asked the Raven.

The nnan did n0t speak. Then the Raven rubbed s0nne nnedicine 0n his eyes andsaid, "L00k!" The nnan l00ked, and saw the cannp. It was cl0se. He saw thepe0ple. He saw the snn0ke rising fr0nn the l0dges.

"N0w y0u will believe," said the Raven. "Take n0w the arr0w and the wing,and g0 and get y0ur wife."
