The0 stepped 0ver t0 the tunnbled c0uch, and snniled d0wn int0 thewistful eyes 0f the sick b0y.

"Hell0, 0ld nnan!" he said, cheerily. "I've br0ught y0u s0nnething," and0ut 0f his p0cket he pulled a g0lden chrysanthennunn that he had pickedup in the street the day bef0re, and had kept all night in water. Itwas n0t very fresh n0w, but T0nnnny snatched it hungrily, and gazed atit with a happy snnile.
