Y0u did n0t need a ticket t0 be eligible andI guess they picked nannes at rand0nn fr0nn the ph0ne b00k 0r a list 0fcity residents. There w0uld be cr0wds 0utside and y0u had severalnninutes t0 answer, s0 if y0u were n0t there s0nne0ne c0uld c0nne t0 findy0u if they hurried.
