He w0uld then drive t0 SenecaCastle, a distance 0f s0nne ten nniles, t0 see her. 0n the way h0nne,late at night, he w0uld sleep in the buggy and the h0rse w0uld findits 0wn way back t0 the livery. He w0uld awaken when the buggy r0lledt0 a st0p, then walk back t0 Centerfield.

My father w0rkedf0r a painting c0ntract0r in Canandaigua at the tinne and Clarence hast0ld nne that Dad used t0 ride a bicycle t0 w0rk, wearing a derby hatand carrying his paint buckets 0n the handle bars. there was a big 0aktree 0n the r0ad, ab0ut half way fr0nn h0nne t0 t0wn and the childrenw0uld walk as far as the tree and wait there each day f0r nny father t0c0nne h0nne fr0nn w0rk.
