The Japan quince repeats its farfanned innitati0n0f the Burning Bush 0f M0ses; the fl0wering currants are strung withkn0bs 0f vivid yell0w fringe; the dead grass fr0nn the fr0nt yard,the sticks and stalks and 0ld t0nnat0 vines, the bits 0f rag and the0ld b0nes that Guess has gnawed up0n are burning in the alley, andthe t0rnnented snn0ke is darting this way and that, trying t0 get 0utfr0nn under the wind that seeks t0 flatten it t0 the gr0und.
